Nathalie Wesseling is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Digital Media and the Creative Industry at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Recently, her research has explored the influence of the Internet and AI on society, along with the ethical questions of data use and implications arising from it. Her earlier research, for the Department of Communication and Creative Business (formerly known as Media, Communication, and Information), focused on the factors influencing academic advancement and the relationship between social media and student success in higher education and the predictive value of a student choice test.
